SMS Program

Ella’s Express LLC uses SMS messaging to communicate with its drivers regarding work-related transportation and dispatch operations.  Messages may include load assignments, pickup and delivery information, appointment times and changes, dispatch instructions, scheduling information, delays, breakdowns, and other transportation-related communications.

 

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on transportation and dispatch needs.  Message and data rates may apply.

 

Opting In: Drivers may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from Ella’s Express LLC by providing their mobile telephone number and providing clear consent to receive work-related SMS communications from Ella’s Express LLC.  SMS consent is separate from other required agreements and is not required as a condition of purchasing or using Ella’s Express LLC services.

 

Opting Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from Ella’s Express LLC.  After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.
